Project 1 Proposal - What are plants like but translated in digital art?
Image by Lityin Malaw in Digital Arti The project I would like to propose for my Digital Media Studio class is digital art and indication of plants themselves. What it is or what it does exactly is making use of it’s living roots or maybe the leaves or stem itself and turn the properties inside into a digital art of sound and illustrating works. Simply put that I’m wanting to use those properties and be put into a screen, again to create sound or illustrating work, like what kind of patterns or images it can create when certain properties, for say electricity or “pulse”, are active. These properties can be beneficial for not just a living eco work of art to preserve but also to take those into digital world indication that we see these plants are, not just alive, but also having different properties, maybe it can determine the future weather, what natural disaster, such as earthquakes or volcano eruptions, are to occur, what are the health conditions of the plants, etc. ...
